Process Technology Engineer for the Innovation and Technology team with strong process design, process engineering, process optimization, and construction experience. Candidate will join a team designing an invented process, and build the process in one of Braskem's industrial sites, as well, running trials to support the process development at pilot and comercial scales. An engineer with a strong balance of process engineering skills and project management.
This person will write conceptual projects, interface with Investments / Engineering area, Engineering firms and follow up on the projects. As well, this person will write plan of trials, and reports, interface with others I&T and Industrial teams. .
Requirements
- Chemical Engineer BS;
- Proven experience in in polyolefins manufacturing or process engineering;
- Advanced english;
- Strong technical skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments;
- Self-starter who works well in cross functional teams;
- Excellent leadership abilities, effective communication and presentation skills;
- Good project management skills that can develop detailed action plans to achieve defined goals with minimal guidance;
- Experience in process design (e.g. conceptual engineering, basic engineering, detailed design);
- Understanding of risk based process safety design principles;
- Position will based in Camaçari, Bahia
