Atribuições e Responsabilidades
- Implementation and management of all commercial activities in his regional: regional profitability, expenses control, returns, demand and supply of our products, acuracity in all forecast process;
- Full management of sales: dealers, direct sales, and coops management;
- Ensure the demand generation in the EIB growers through the sales reps;
- Follow up the KPIs and drive the team to reach all the targets assumed. including safety goals;
- Ensure the correct usage of the sales tools (My Office, business foundation and Brand plan, Annual Commercial Plan Strategy etc.);
- To keep aware with the market trends, and always looking for new talents for the team;
- Ensure full implementation of the sales, brand, acess, price and institutional strategy;
- Manage the credit risks of your accounts.
Requisitos/Perfil Desejado
- Agronomy, Business Administration or Engineering Graduation are desirable. Applicants with different degrees, but with experience on leading commercial / marketing teams will be considered.
